The Manor Developments Group is committed to the development and operation of owner operated world class small luxury hotels - the planning, construction, acquisition, management of the operations, development and sale of quality homes that complement the hotel and that reflect the integrity of our corporate philosophy.

Corporate Profile

The Manor Developments Group was established in 2005 to pursue world class hotel opportunities in Western Canada and the Southern United States that are all owner operated by Manor Developments and were hand picked because of their unique locations.

Actively seeking these opportunities, we acquire hospitality real estate assets through raw land where we can create and operate world class small luxury hotels that are unique in terms of service, design and where operational values can be added through experienced hospitality management that own shares in Manor Developments. New development opportunities are sought in markets where economic conditions favour sought after luxury hotel expansion and risk can be managed through selling a portion of the project as a private residence component.

Manor Developments will not sell any portion of the main hotel or lease out any of its operations.

Whether we create plans for our own hotel project proposals or work in a design-build capacity for a client, we complete all of our tasks by applying experience and imagination, with a hands-on approach to development.

We have assembled a team of professionals appropriate to being able to have a group of hotels. Together we have architects and builders, financial institutions, national and international marketing managers, municipal agencies, and regulating authorities to project completion.

Each stage of the development process demands the expertise of a variety of professionals and consultants. Our team approach gives us the flexibility to assemble the most qualified people needed for a given project. The coordinated effort and proven abilities of team members simplifies the complexities of building, and allows us to complete plans as stipulated by the construction schedule and project budget.
