Unlike other developments that insist you must have your home in the rental pool, Trepanier Manor does not. We own our own hotel and are not financially dependent upon the revenue that your home may create.

That said, we invite you to consider the opportunity to join our rental pool that we operate through our international reservations teams.

When you are not in residence, your home can be included in Trepanier Manor's rental program, operated by our sales team with 20 years experience of maximizing hotel revenue streams, thus allowing you the added advantage of additional revenue as well as owning a wonderful piece of luxury.

We are able to sell and market your home as part of the resort to an international discerning clientele through our comprehensive marketing program, that has seen us grow sales up to 65% for similar properties and seen us place hotels in the top 200 in the country.

We are able to demonstrate the return and expected revenues from our rental program. Mostly we focus on 3-night minimum fully inclusive packages from North America, Europe and we have a global connection through our extensive GDS program and with joint partnerships with agencies like Expedia, Last-minute and Travelocity.
