The hotel division of Manor Developments, with 20 years hospitality management experience have opened and re-developed many hotel and resort projects in Canada, America and Europe. Trepanier Manor will be the group's flagship hotel and follows the company's philosophy to develop a selection of hand picked hotels that are owner operated that accommodate the changing needs of a clientele seeking more contemporary design standards with a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere of elegance that create an unprecedented first impression and leave a legendary lasting impression.

Just like all of the world's best small Luxury Hotels located around the globe, Trepanier Manor will be owner operated by its founder and not operated by a contracted management company.

The president and founder of Trepanier Manor is Scott Wilshaw, former General Manager of similar small luxury hotels and recognized by his peers in London for turning around properties to become world class establishments.

Under his leadership, Wilshaw has built a small luxury hotel in New York, and just recently converted a hotel in the United Kingdom into a Red Star Property that placed it into the Top 200 hotels in the country, something which is extremely difficult to achieve while operational. He has received an award from 144 of his industry peers in recognition for his achievements in the small luxury hotel sector. His operations have received world wide press recognition and distinctions from such publications as Conde Nast Traveler and The Harpers Report.

Scott Wilshaw has some 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and has chaired a number of national committees in tourism and hospitality partnerships to help better develop the hospitality industry.
