Aptly deriving its name Trepanier Manor, from its location on Trepanier Bench, the development will be the first five-star ultra luxurious hotel with accompanying private residences of its kind in British Columbia.

Trepanier Manor will feature 38, individually oversized suites in the main house that all overlook the beautiful Okanagan Lake. In addition there will also be twenty, three bedroomed, million dollar private country homes nestled amidst the forest pines and mountain back drop.

Trepanier Manor will be the group's flagship property in the Okanagan and is looking to fulfill the marketing void that exists between the famous Post Hotel in Lake Louise and the world renowned Wickaninnish Inn located on Vancouver Island.

Boasting exemplary Victorian, European design and architecture, the future Trepanier Manor and accompanying residences will be designed to be timeless in this respect.

This is the first Canadian, culinary tourism, 'destination within a destination hotel' that will also offer separate private residences. Trepanier Manor will be the only Okanagan hotel to offer a "Relais et Chateaux" level of luxury and service that will focus on the principles of courtesy, charm, character, calm and cuisine.

Combining Victorian classical with contemporary architectural elements throughout, the building has three main components.  The lower floor, tiered into the mountain facing south overlooking Lake Okanagan, will be home to North America's first Serenity Spa. Here, guests can select from a Spa menu offering some eighty, heat and water treatments. Treatments can be enjoyed together, indoor our outdoor, all in the splendor of a private, open-air space with lush gardens.

The Spa also offers two infinity edge pools, yoga and dance studio, gym, steam rooms, saunas and relaxation pavilion. Offering the ultimate in seclusion will be the Spa day experiences that include fine cuisine, fitness activities and specialized treatments.

The lower floor also features an open air kitchen offering healthy Spa cuisine, a "wine cellar", private dining room for 16 guests that will also be home to 1000 vintages and some 7,000 bottles of wine. The cellars are designed for gourmet dining and wine tasting parties hosted by many of the worlds finest wine makers.

The ground floor is focused on "Culinary Tourism" where guests both locally and nationally can truly receive a culinary experience. The hotel will boast two unique restaurants, one being The Flambé Room, the other, Lords dining room. Here guests will be able to receive some of Canada's best cuisine prepared by an international team of award winning chefs.

The Culinary Arts program for the hotel offers three exhibition kitchens where guests can either participate in a one day cookery class with lunch and a wine tasting, attend a week-long cookery school or enjoy "A Day as A Chef" where guests actually get to work with one of the hotels 20 world class chefs. If guests do not want to cook, but still want to enjoy a dining experience with the atmosphere of the kitchen, they can opt to take the Chefs Table, located directly in the heart of the kitchen. The hotel will also offer some 50 food events each year from gourmet evenings with guest speakers, to themed garden displays that local residents can also enjoy.

The second floor of Trepanier Manor is home to 38 guest-chambers, all with lake-views, private terraces and oversized bathrooms with claw-foot bathtubs that overlook the lake. Each guest room offers "101" personalized guest extras like magazines that are selected based on the guests' hobbies or their favorite fruit and chocolate platter. The guest-chambers are all individual in style and all have their own unique interior design.

The 20 homes will be built on the ground and will enjoy lake-views from almost every angle surrounded by majestic woodlands and creeks offering the ultimate in seclusion. They will be located at one of the highest points in Peachland, overlooking Lake Okanagan. Each home will feature three master en-suites, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and oversized bathrooms.

The whole home is designed for entertaining with a games room, wine cellar and bar, a private grotto garden, an out-door kitchen, a relaxation lounge and an outdoor shower/steam room. As with the whole project, the homes will have the same luxurious haven of sophisticated design and innovative amenities that the hotel will offer. Each homeowner will receive the exclusive "Distinction Membership" that offers some 30 privileges in the hotel and with our preferred partners around the globe. The homes can also be put into the hotel's reservation system so that owners can enjoy revenues from their property.

As in Victorian days, it was all about service and entertaining and each room of the Manor House is designed to create a very distinctive experience. Trepanier Manor is all about exceptional service and the hotel's team will offer guests an experience yet to be found in North America.

Working directly with the many attractions that our wonderful region offers, we will be able to offer 18 different packages for 3, 5, 7 night stays that combine activities, our culinary experience and the five star little extras, all at one price.

The whole 25 acre project is unique in its green approach to preserving the delicate environment of woodlands, nature, tranquility and the serenity that Trepanier Bench boasts. The hotel will re-cycle its gray water and significantly reduce vehicular access.
