Scott Wilshaw - Director of Operations

As an owner in the Trepanier Manor community you will meet with our Director of Operations, Scott Wilshaw, the founder of Trepanier Manor, with 20 years of hospitality management and hotel development. Scott acts as a liaison between you and the rest of the building team and helps coordinate and oversee the building process.

Kevin Edgecombe - Project Director

Construction Project Director, Kevin Edgecombe has built communities for over 30 years. Kevin's expertise makes him a great resource to discussing the crafting of Trepanier Manor Homes. Kevin is available from ground breaking to completion to help with any questions or concerns. Kevin works closely with John to ensure Trepanier Manor and your home is built according to plan, on schedule and, most importantly, up to the specifications and standards that were promised to you.

John Sproule - Project Architect

John has been an integral part of the West Coasts hotel with homes development and resort communities for over 30 years, combining the hallmarks of his designs (light, airy homes that are logically organized but maintain refreshing innovation) together with your needs to create an award winning hotel and homes development that owners around the globe have enjoyed.
